Gear manufacturing and mesh accuracy are controlled to ISO 1328 grades, with ratio error and backlash corrected station by station during final assembly. For EU shipments we issue documentation to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC scope, and each consignment includes a packing list, quality record and measured backlash and noise data, so you can verify every unit on arrival.
